Job Title: Sourcing & Closing Manager - Sales (Real Estate)

Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sourcing & Closing Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Pecan Reams, a leading real estate company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing new business opportunities, while also managing and closing sales transactions.
- This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Prospecting:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by researching and analyzing market trends, property opportunities, and potential buyers.
- Qualify leads to assess their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Sales/Leasing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Present properties to potential buyers, highlight key features, and negotiate terms to secure agreements.
- Coordinate property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
Closing Deals:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring all steps are executed smoothly from offer to closing.
- Manage all contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, operations, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient closing of deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
Reporting & Market Analysis:
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM.
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Report regularly to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent sourcing, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales deals simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- A real estate license (where required) or willingness to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with high-end properties or luxury real estate sales.
- A strong network within the real estate or investment community.
