Job Title: Sales Manager - Recruitment Services
Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services, focusing on corporate and mid-sized companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, pitch services, and onboard clients.
- Build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, track progress, and meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and hiring market insights.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in a sales role within a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Strong network of corporate HR and hiring professionals in Delhi NCR.
- Proven ability to acquire new business and close deals in recruitment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
- Must be based in Delhi NCR and able to commute to Noida as required.
