Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3 to 6+ years


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our real estate business.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.


- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up dated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operation steams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
