Job Summary:

- Lead sales teams and strategies to achieve revenue targets in the construction and real estate sectors.

- Develop and maintain client relationships, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and implement sales plans accordingly.
