We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 7-10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Involve with senior management to design and execute the overall enterprise sales strategy to boost the top line.
- Refine customer and channel partner engagement processes.
- Responsible & accountable to achieve Enterprise Division Yearly Revenue Targets from US Market.
- The role requires key account management to incubate and grow sales.
- Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management to ensure sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with weekly goals to be managed by a high degree of forecast accuracy.
- Work with the operations team to handle the delivery of goods.
- Work with the support team to ensure successful implementation/deployment of goods at the customer end.
- Work with the product team to convey the market analysis for aligning feature enhancements.
- Single Point of Contact for all the zonal managers and manage them to convert the leads.
Onboard new Account Managers, Zonal Managers, and Pre-Sales Managers for different regions.
- On board, develop strong relations, and manage Large System Integration (SI), Distributors, and Managed Service Providers across the US market, Channel Partnership Programme. A person would be the first point of contact for all such similar associations.
- Managing complex commercials/legal negotiations/contracts.
- Represent CCG in various events and conferences and should be comfortable presenting to a large audience.
Sales Plan Execution:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Utilize AI-driven insights to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize sales processes by using right set of tools.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Implement CRM systems and tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with marketing, pre sales, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on digital and AI technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of digital sales strategies and AI-driven sales tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and chatbots.
