Job Title : Manager - Sales (IT Staffing & Captive Solutions)

Experience: Minimum 10 years specifically in IT Staffing Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Job Description:

- Talpro is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to focus primarily on IT Staffing, Captive Sales, Solutions Sales, and Staff Augmentation.

- This role is specifically targeted towards professionals with strong expertise in IT Contract Staffing and Captive/solution-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute sales initiatives focused solely on IT Contract Staffing solutions, captive accounts, and staff augmentation.

- Achieve annual revenue targets of USD $1-2Mn exclusively through staffing business, leveraging existing networks and proactively developing new relationships.

- Extensive travel across North and South India to manage existing clients and identify potential new opportunities.

- Act as an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end sales processes, revenue ownership, and business growth.

- Engage proactively with C-Level executives, build strategic relationships, and secure long-term business commitments.

- Develop and manage relationships within captive and solution sales domains, ensuring continuous client satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct and lead client-facing presentations, negotiations, and contractual discussions, ensuring favorable outcomes.

- Drive collaboration internally with various teams to deliver aligned solutions effectively and achieve business goals.

- Handle and manage existing customer relationships, ensuring retention and growth.

- Identify, target, and acquire new customer accounts, creating and nurturing business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years' sales experience specifically within the IT Staffing sector in India.

- Proven track record of achieving annual sales revenue of USD $1-2Mn through staffing sales.

- Solid understanding and substantial experience with Captive business models, Enterprise Applications, and Infrastructure markets.

- Experience handling large and multiple captive accounts, demonstrating consistent growth and account expansion.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value clearly to stakeholders.

- Strong capability to identify, pursue, and close new logos/business opportunities independently.

- A proactive "go-getter" attitude, capable of influencing internal teams toward meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

- Only candidates with direct India staffing experience will be considered
