Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Overview:

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within their designated territories under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director.

- This role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving assigned revenue targets specifically for IT projects and IT staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the IT domain, presenting BlitzenX's services and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.

- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional business.

- Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the Regional Sales Director.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with client needs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or related fields.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
