Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager to join our team at our Global Office in Andheri.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in driving sales force productivity, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SFE strategies to drive field force productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team and recommend improvement plans.
- Support sales planning, territory alignment, target setting, and incentive plan design.
- Provide actionable insights using CRM data, market intelligence, and field performance analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT for seamless execution.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance the sales team's effectiveness and compliance.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all SFE-related tools and systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in SFE, sales analytics, or business analysis in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
