Sales Manager


- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager (Field Sales) to join our team in Patparganj, Delhi.


- As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and developing customer relationships in the FMCG/Packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the region.

- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Field Sales: Conduct regular field visits to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions in the FMCG/Packaging domain.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.

- Sales Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts to the management.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations and execution of sales strategies.

- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent post-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG/Packaging industry.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.

- Problem Solving: Ability to handle objections and challenges effectively while providing solutions that meet customer needs.

- Self-Motivated: Strong self-discipline, time management, and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Education: A graduate degree is a must.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Patparganj, Delhi.
