Designation: Manager - Sales
Experience: 12+ years in electric commercial vehicle sales (trucks, heavy vehicles) with leading manufacturers
CTC: Upto 40 LPA.
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Engagement - Engage with transporters and fleet owners, communicate the benefits of EV trucks, and conduct cost-benefit analyses compared to ICE alternatives.
- Market & Sales Strategy - Achieve and exceed sales targets, identify market opportunities, and analyze industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Support - Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless customer experience and quick resolution of any issues.
- Continuous Learning - Stay updated on industry advancements, EV technology trends, and customer needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Industry Experience - Strong relationships with fleet owners, logistics companies, and transporters handling 40-ton+ trucks. Knowledge of resale value, AMC coverage, and heavy truck applications in ports, mining, and corporate fleets.
Sales Expertise - 12+ years of proven experience in truck sales, preferably with leading EV or commercial vehicle manufacturers. Strong negotiation and revenue-driving skills.
Technical & Soft Skills - Experience with CRM/BRM tools, MS Office, and ability to create compelling sales presentations. Must be highly motivated, target-driven, and excellent in communication and relationship management.
