- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling digital marketing services.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, coupled with strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and other digital solutions.
- You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored digital marketing strategies that showcase ROI-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities within the digital marketing domain.
- Build and manage a robust lead pipeline through targeted email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Pitch customized digital marketing solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing measurable ROI and value.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
- Track sales metrics and report on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities to senior management.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation activities and sales campaigns.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic sales approach.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Digital Marketing
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2C environments.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Email Marketing.
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to improve sales strategies.
