- Own and deliver the annual sales plan for the US region.
- Drive direct sales of Envecon's products, solutions, and related services.
- Expand presence in existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
- Identify and close new logo opportunities in the US market.
- Build and manage a robust 10x pipeline to ensure consistent funnel health.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies for the region.
- Align Envecon's internal ecosystem with customer business priorities.
- Leverage and expand the partner/alliance network to unlock new growth
- 10+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales.
- Strong domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, Ports & Terminals.
- Prior sales experience into the US market is essential.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs
