Must have: Major Chemicals adding Admixture experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, and contractors.
- Ensure market penetration by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
- Own sales targets, revenue generation, and collection goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for product approvals and compliance at local levels.
- Generate insights from the field to inform strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales numbers and forecast pipelines.
What Were Looking For
- Strong distributor/channel management experience across regions.
- Hands-on, target-driven approach with a track record of exceeding numbers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Local market knowledge and strong regional networks are a must.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations and willing to travel as needed.
