Manager Sales for CAD/CAM/PLM Software for a leading IT Services & Consulting Company


Job Description:


Experience:


- 3 - 8 Years of relevant experience selling PLM / CAx licences

- Additional experience in PLM/CAx services sales shall be significant advantage for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell PLM and CAx software solutions to target industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and engineering.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and attending industry events.


- Generate high-quality leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of PLM and CAx software solutions to potential clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.


- Utilize this information to adjust sales strategies and position our products effectively.

- Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to deployment.


- Support clients with product customization and integrations as required.

- Regularly report on sales progress, provide accurate sales forecasts, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Act as the main point of contact for post-sale support, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.

- Previous sales experience with resellers of Siemens, Autodesk, Dassault Systems, or PTC is a plus.

- Strong understanding of PLM and CAD/CAM software products, industry trends, and key players in the market.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

- Languages: Marathi, Hindi & English are mandatory
