Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Business Excellence Manager to join our Global Office in Andheri.
This role is critical in driving sales performance, optimizing commercial processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Business Excellence initiatives across the sales function to enhance productivity and performance.
- Design and implement sales processes, tools, and performance monitoring systems.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, SFE, Training, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor incentive plans, sales targets, and performance metrics.
- Support change management efforts and ensure adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Identify capability gaps and support learning & development initiatives to upskill the sales force.
- Prepare regular business reviews and dashboards for leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Excellence, Business Analytics, or Commercial Operations, preferably in the Pharma or Healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
