Job Description:


- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead home loan sales, manage a team, and achieve targets with a ticket size up to - 20 Cr.

- Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels.

- Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches.

- Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.

- Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.

- Focus on increased Productivity.

- Marketing and encashing catchment areas.

- Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Prime HL.

- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross - sell & Multi selling of Insurance.

- Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations

- Understand credit analysis, Personal discussion with client for business understanding.


- Co ordinate for credit risk assessment.

- Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.

- Post-disbursement monitoring, ensure performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality.

- Relationship management with the client / dealers.

- Ensure collection of dues from the customers and to help and monitor the payment from the company.

- Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.

- Ensuring Top Class service for Customers.
