A leading real estate company specializing in luxury villas and apartments. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for our villa and apartment projects.


Location : Salem (Tamil Nadu)


Job Summary:


- We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our villa and apartment projects.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets.


Requirements:


1. Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a focus on luxury villas and apartments.


3. Skills:


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.


- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.


4. Certifications: RERA certification or other relevant real estate certifications are a plus.


Key Responsibilities (Indicative only):


1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies:


- Create and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets for villa and apartment projects.


2. Lead a sales team:


- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.


3. Build relationships with customers:


- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.


4. Conduct market research:


- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.


5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:


- Work with marketing, product development, and construction teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.


6. Manage sales operations:


- Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, sales forecasting, and sales reporting.


7. Meet sales targets:


- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for villa and apartment projects.
