Manager - Sales & Marketing- Plastic Industry

Sales & Marketing Manager:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically with high-end capital equipment. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, developing effective marketing campaigns, and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Generate and drive sales inquiries through both direct and indirect channels.

- Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals.

Client & Account Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

- Manage key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations:

- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from generating quotations and processing orders to coordinating product dispatches.

Product Expertise:

- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products or solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 10-12 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably with high-end capital equipment.

- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the molding and plastics industry.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in local languages is a must.

- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Age: 32-40 years old.
