Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in Business Development within the FMCG or Pharma sector, specifically in Aerosol-based products, Household care products, fragrances, Cosmetics, and Personal Care Products.
The role requires developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, manage a team, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure brand presence and market expansion, including domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Sales Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and provide regular sales performance reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Marketing And Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and promotional activities.
Product Management:
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
- Successfully launch new products and manage the lifecycle of existing products.
- Analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Customer Insights And Relationship Management:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and customer experience.
- Develop customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring And Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Regularly report on performance to senior management and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a recent focus (at least 5 years) on Business Development in Aerosol, Household Care Products, Cosmetics, and Personal Care Products (preferably in FMCG or Pharma industry).
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in market research, budget management, and campaign execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
