Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Associate Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new associates to expand the sales network.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Client Servicing: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction.
- Networking & Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong professional network to generate business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition in the insurance or financial services industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
