We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for AI and analytics solutions across the APAC, Middle East, and Indian regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, particularly in AI/analytics, and deep understanding of business practices across these diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across assigned territories
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal developments
- Work closely with technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Forecast sales pipeline and report on sales activities and results
- Mentor and develop junior sales team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software/technology sales, with proven success in selling AI/analytics solutions
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling in the APAC, Middle East, and Indian markets
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across the regions (40-50%)
