- Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities.
- Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly.
- Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives, to develop strategies to maximize Revpar, profitabilty and grow market share.
Responsibilities:
- Achieves Room Revenue, Banquet and Outlet budget Revpar, Spa and other revenue budgets to be achieved.
- EBITDA margins to be in line with the hotel revenue.
- Budget planning to be done before the Financial Year.
- Sales plan to be submitted based on quarterly basis & segment wise details to be formulated.
