Job Summary:

- The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, sales policies, and budgets to drive business growth.

- This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring effective lead generation, managing outstanding collections, and achieving sales targets.

- The Sales Manager must also track competitors' activities and pricing, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

- Identify potential customers through various channels such as websites, conferences, markets, and exhibitions.

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets as assigned.

- Maintain and update a database of customers within the assigned territory.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Monitor competitors' pricing and activities to provide strategic insights.

- Provide timely and accurate product samples to customers based on their requirements.

- Gather feedback on samples provided and communicate findings to the relevant teams.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, and orders.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

- Submit all required documents to customers, including MOA, COA, certificates, dispatch details, and outstanding invoices as per customer requests.

- Ensure proper follow-up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:

- Ensure the collection of at least 75% of outstanding dues every month.

- Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collections.

- Keep track of customer details, pending orders, outstanding payments, and pricing before client visits.

- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve any payment-related issues.

- Ensure all sample and delivery requests are processed through the sales coordination team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
