We are looking "Manager Packaging Development - Intectable" for reputed pharma company in Mumbai.

This role we required candidate who has extensive experience in Pharmacuetical Injectable packaging development. In this crucial position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to design and develop cutting-edge packaging solutions for injectable products.

Designation Manager

Experience - 8-12 years

Qualification - M.Pharma/B.Pharma/M.Sc and PG Diploma in Packaging from IIP/SIES

- Taking care of all primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging development for exhibit and commercial batches for plant.

- To fulfil all the requirements required for exhibit batches.

- Specification in DMS / Bill of Material / Procurement of Packaging Material

- Primary packaging development for the requirement for ROW market as per DMF grade.

- To provide the required artworks for US / Europe / ROW Market to regulatory department for submission purpose.

- Review all the printed artworks as per the layout and mock-

- Monitoring for Innovator pack characterization at R&D Primary

- Review for packaging material specification in DMS (Document Management System)

- Primary Packaging Development of injection products

- To provide the required artworks for US / Europe / ROW Market to regulatory department for submission purpose.

- Experience with injectable parental products and drug-device combination products is essential, along with familiarity with various packaging formats such as IV bags, pre-filled syringes, injections, plastic vials, and glass vials for the ROW, US, and European markets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- M.Pharma degree from a recognized university with 8-12 years of experience in Packaging Development or related field.

- Strong understanding of injectable packaging regulations and guidelines (e.g., USFDA, EU GMP).

- Proficiency in designing artwork using relevant software tools.

- Experience working with various types of materials used in pharmaceutical packaging.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders

- We expect you to stay current with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to sterile injectable packaging to ensure compliance at all stages.

- You must possess strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during the packaging development process.
