Manager - Quality - Automotive Industry

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts at our IMT Faridabad facility. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in quality management, preferably within the automotive industry.

- This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), process auditing, statistical analysis, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing PPM, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation and Maintenance

- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS that aligns with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.

- Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness.

- Process Auditing (VDA 6.3)

- Plan and execute process audits based on VDA 6.3 standards.

- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure process adherence and drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce Parts Per Million (PPM) defects.

- Analyze defect data and identify root causes.
