Manager - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans.

- Establish and maintain quality control processes and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e. , ISO, Six Sigma).

- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. , product development, operations) to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

- Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance best practices.

- Manage and maintain quality documentation and records.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

-Report on quality performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience (specify desired years of experience, e. , 8+ years, 10+ years) in quality assurance management.

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e. , ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

- Experience in leading and managing QA teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
