You'll be instrumental in shaping our public image, building strong media relationships, and executing innovative PR strategies to highlight our expertise and success in the digital products and services landscape.
We're specifically looking for candidates with a background from a PR agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Communications: Oversee and manage all external and internal communications for our agency's network and various business units.
- Thought Leadership Positioning: Strategically position our network's CEOs and Partners as industry experts in leading publications and media outlets.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling and effective press notes and press releases that effectively convey our agency's news, insights, and achievements.
- Internal Communication: Create and circulate important pieces of information internally, ensuring our team is well-informed and aligned.
- Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our network's social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain healthy, engaging relationships with key media houses, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date media contact database.
- Strategy & Planning: Ideate and develop innovative Public Relations (PR) strategies that align with our business goals and market positioning.
- Communication Material Development: Draft clear and impactful communication materials for internal business units as needed.
- Influencer Engagement: Associate with relevant bloggers and online influencers to achieve significant online traction and brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute effective PR plans, utilizing appropriate strategies and tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Activity Coordination: Organize and coordinate various PR activities, including media events, interviews, and press conferences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise closely with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting the network's image across all channels.
- Partnership Management: Assess opportunities for sponsorships and other strategic partnerships, and manage these relationships effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze the results of PR campaigns and efforts, preparing detailed reports to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
- General Support: Perform other essential PR tasks as assigned to support the overall communication objectives.
Required Skills:
- Public Relations: Proven experience in managing PR activities, including media relations, press outreach, and campaign execution.
- Social Media Management: Hands-on experience managing and growing social media channels for professional brands.
- Client Servicing: Strong client servicing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Content Creation: Excellent writing and editing skills for producing press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to ideate innovative PR strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
