We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B project sales, preferably in the building materials industry, and will be responsible for generating business from large-scale infrastructure and construction projects by building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in the building materials segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, builders, contractors, PMC, and consultants.
- Understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions using company products.
- Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on upcoming projects and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain project tracking and documentation to support business development activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events relevant to the industry.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials sector (tiles,
cement, paints, sanitaryware, glass, steel, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Knowledge of the local Mumbai construction and real estate market is a plus.
- Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
