Our client is one of the leading online ad-tech company that develops innovative products for advertisers and publishers. The company is one of the Top 5 largest ad-tech companies worldwide with 1500+ employees in key operation centers across - North America, Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the funnel for multiple advertisers and DSPs from receiving the request until revenue generation.
- Own all strategic and operational aspects of client relationships, ensuring seamless communication with advertisers/marketers/agencies.
- Effectively address client needs, provide timely updates, and anticipate challenges to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintaining a P & L for the accounts allocated.
- Liaising between the buyer development (sales) team and other key internal stakeholders on the account (Product, Research, Analytics, Adops, and Operations).
- Assisting the Product team with identifying issues and ideation for the design of tools and solutions.
- Mentoring, Training, and Developing junior members of the team.
- Leading projects to ensure quality while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Establishing internal infrastructure and a process to monitor the execution of campaigns.
- Innovating and growing new and existing revenue streams.
Work Experience & Skills Required:
- 1-4 years of experience in Manager roles, with experience in data, and people management.
- Overall 3+ years of work experience.
- Hands-on media buying experience with DV360 and TTD
- Knowledge of Ad tech, RTB, Programmatic, DSP, and other tools.
- Fluent use of data to drive thought and communication.
- Proficiency in data analysis, excel is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Forward / innovative thinking with the ability to design/deliver within current capability, process, and technology.
- Collaborative team player yet comfortable with independence.
- Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives daily while maintaining profound attention to detail.
