- Monitor vendor pricing and market trends to manage cost-effective procurement.

- Ensure efficient material flow to support uninterrupted production.

- Process and track purchase orders, contracts, and requisitions.

- Develop procurement strategies to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.

- Negotiate favorable contract terms and supplier pricing.

- Collaborate with legal, engineering, design, and warehouse teams.

- Maintain supplier database and conduct regular evaluations.

- Identify new suppliers through research and trade shows.

- Analyze material usage and stock levels for optimized inventory management.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials and import practices.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
