JD: Job Title: Presales Manager - Cybersecurity

Overview:
We are looking for a technically proficient Presales Manager for our cybersecurity product portfolio, including:
DDoS Protection, WAF
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
SIEM & SOC Automation
Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
The candidate will work closely with the sales team, OEMs, and partners to position these solutions effectively across enterprise and government accounts in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Positioning & Technical Enablement:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all cybersecurity products listed.
- Deliver compelling product demos, POCs, and presentations to customers and channel partners.
- Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training.
Sales Support & Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose the right cybersecurity solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, create BOMs/BOQs, and develop technical documentation.
Partner & OEM Coordination:
- Work closely with OEM technical teams for updates, escalations, and PoC support.
- Support partner enablement programs and solution evangelism.
Solution Architecture:
- Design end-to-end cybersecurity architecture tailored to customer environments (on-prem, hybrid, cloud).
- Advise on integration with existing security infrastructure (SIEM, firewalls, AD, identity, etc.).
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years of presales/solution consulting experience in cybersecurity.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of:
- DDoS Mitigation, Web Application Firewalls
- Privileged Access & Identity Management
- SIEM, Log Management, Threat Detection & SOC operations
- Zero Trust Architecture and Secure Access
- Hands-on experience with any of the technologies listed is preferred.
