Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Presales Manager to lead our presales function, working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design solutions that address customer needs.
- The role involves managing the presales team, creating compelling proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technology to win new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the presales team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design customized solutions.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed technical and business proposals.
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer expectations.
- Identify gaps in solutions and recommend product/service enhancements.
- Manage and maintain knowledge libraries, case studies, and proposal templates.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Track and analyze presales effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience as a Presales Manager, Solution Consultant, or Technical Sales Lead.
- Strong technical and business acumen, with ability to bridge client needs with company solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and complex proposals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and proposal tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
