
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead oversight and performance optimization of a portfolio of investments in alignment with group level strategy, risk parameters, and return targets.
- Guide the development and periodic refresh of business plans and performance strategies for portfolio entities.
- Drive strategic and operational assessments across companies to identify improvement areas.
- Lead governance enhancement, capital structure initiatives, and value creation workstreams.
- Define, monitor, and refine KPIs to ensure strategic alignment and performance tracking.
- Supervise the preparation of performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring insights are timely and actionable.
- Represent the portfolio function in board preparation activities, GA meetings, and key decision making forums.
- Maintain high-level relationships with portfolio leadership and external advisors.
- Act as a thought partner on portfolio-wide value creation initiatives and external benchmarking.
