Manager - PMO

- Should have at least 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and handled at least 2 projects in the data domain where Scrum was used.

- Should be well versed with the Agile Culture and thorough understanding of the Scrum framework

- Should be able to create self-organizing teams, Servant Leader mindset.

- Should be able discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one.

- Should be experienced in tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello

Preferred:

- Should have CSM certification

- Should have knowledge of different Agile Frameworks.

- Google cloud certifications

- Should be able to create self-organizing teams, Servant Leader mindset.

- Should have worked as a Developer or QA for at least 2 years. Exposure to Cloud Technologies is an added advantage.
