This on-site role requires strong industrial relations expertise, a strategic mindset, and an approachable leadership style with high visibility across the plant floor, production units, and senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
2. Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership role in a Plant/Industrial setting.
3. Proven expertise in managing HR in manufacturing environments.
4. Strong command of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
5. Experience working with unions and navigating labor contracts.
6. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
7. Exposure to HR systems transformation and HR tech implementation is a plus.
