About the Role
Were looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid marketing efforts for our autotech client based in Delhi.
This role will focus on digital acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant networks.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing end-to-end performance campaigns and a data-first approach to user acquisition, retention, and ROI optimization.
NOTE : The company is a Series A funded startup with 6 days working (Mon-Sat).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Manage full-funnel user acquisition from targeting and ad delivery to landing page and call center conversion.
- Run campaigns across various funnel stages including awareness, retargeting, and retention.
- Set up and manage A/B tests and creative experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Identify and reduce drop-offs across web, app, and call center journeys.
- Build and manage remarketing cohorts using first-party data to drive LTV and repeat conversions.
- Collaborate with design, tech, content, and product teams to improve ad creative performance and funnel efficiency.
- Translate performance insights into actionable briefs and scalable growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta and Google platforms.
- Demonstrated success in running ROI-positive campaigns and scaling paid media budgets.
- Deep understanding of digital funnels, customer journeys, and lead qualification strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platform dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of attribution and conversion metrics.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple campaigns in parallel.
- Structured, test-and-learn mindset with a bias for experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Comfort working with call center and lead-based funnels to improve conversion rates.
