Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Lead will own end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes managing paid media campaigns, SEO, content-led branding, and lifecycle marketing through CRM. The role requires analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in scaling digital campaigns for high-growth brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across paid media, SEO, content, and CRM to drive measurable engagement and growth.

- Own the digital funnel end-to-endfrom brand awareness to conversion and retention.

- Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels to drive app installs and active usage.

- Shape and amplify brand presence through content-led narratives aligned with active ageing principles.

- Lead SEO initiatives to improve visibility and organic traffic; integrate best practices into content planning.

- Design and manage lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS, and loyalty programs to nurture and retain users.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

- Partner with cross-functional teamsproduct, partnerships, and designto align messaging and campaign goals.

- Own digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI through efficient allocation.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, tech, or consumer brands.

- Proven ability to scale digital campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.

- Strong knowledge of brand positioning and customer segmentation.

- Hands-on experience with ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

- Creative, data-driven mindset with high ownership and agility.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
