Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, OEMs, affiliate networks etc.
- Own audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and platform selection based on goals
- Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery across all active campaigns
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor key campaign metrics, identify trends, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and performance
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience segments
- Use analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, GA4, Firebase) to assess performance and inform decisions
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the design to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Provide data-backed feedback and briefs for new assets and campaign variations
Cross-functional Alignment
- Collaborate with product, CRM, and data teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives
- Partner with agencies, publishers, or channel representatives where applicable
Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for a mobile-first or consumer tech product
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (incl. UAC), and other digital buying platforms
- Proficient in tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, Firebase
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across channels with efficiency and accuracy
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on mobile apps or subscription-based business models
- Exposure to full-funnel performance marketing and growth experimentation
- Comfort with rapidly changing environments and performance-led cultures
- managed monthly budgets upwards of 50 lakhs across digital platforms
