
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven HR professional to join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad. In this high-impact role, you will design and drive talent assessment and performance management strategies that align with the firm's business objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders, internal tech teams, and external partners to build frameworks that attract, assess, and retain the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate organizational strategy into effective talent assessment and performance management frameworks.
- Conduct job analyses to identify critical traits and competencies for success.
- Design, implement, and refine pre-hire talent assessment processes.
- Partner with technology teams and vendors to configure and scale assessment tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to ensure best-in-class practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of performance management processes across the firm.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- MBA with 4-7 years of experience in HR
- Strong understanding of recruitment and performance management practices.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work culture.
- Experience in competency mapping and framework design.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing methods.
- Exposure to talent assessment tools and methodologies.
