Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Plan and lead the team across all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and execute effective campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, Twitter, and various affiliate channels according to strategic plans.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against key goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Optimize app install campaigns to continuously improve cost per install, installation rates, and post-install performance metrics.
- Manage all programmatic campaigns from initial ideation and media planning through to ongoing optimization.
- Regularly measure key app engagement metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU), Daily Active Users (DAU), and converting users.
App Growth & User Experience:
- Drive app acquisition and engagement efficiencies through innovative campaigns utilizing advanced targeting techniques, creative excellence, and continuous innovation.
- Identify emerging trends and insights, then optimize marketing spend and campaign performance based on these data-driven insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure various experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize the overall user experience within the app.
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points within the app and continuously optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Innovation & Financial Management:
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective on their potential adoption where appropriate.
- Manage budgets and financial allocations for all digital marketing initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Adwords, social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter), content marketing, affiliate channels, and Google SEM.
- Hands-on experience in designing and launching digital media campaigns in at least one of the major digital platforms such as Facebook, Google, RevX, Criteo, or similar, specifically within the e-commerce industry.
- Hands-on experience using analytics tools like Clevertap, AppsFlyer, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem-solving, experimenting, and iterating with results to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Possess a customer-centric and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
