
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll management for 2000+ employees across locations.
- Process company's attendance and payroll accurately for every pay period.
- Maintain payroll processing systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Resolve employee queries related to wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, payroll procedures, and statutory laws.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
- Manage employee exit clearances, compile full & final settlement data, and coordinate with the Finance team.
- Liaise with payroll vendors and ensure smooth coordination and timely processing.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience with a large Pan-India compliance agency/partner is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of handling payroll for 2000+ employees.
- Excellent knowledge of attendance systems, payroll platforms, and compliance regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
