Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Manager of Digital Gold Partnerships & Operations to lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of our digital gold business. This pivotal role involves cultivating and managing key partnerships with Fin-Techs, Wealth-Techs, and other relevant entities, while also overseeing critical operational functions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the digital gold landscape, exceptional partnership management skills, proven operational expertise, and a demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth and successfully managing complex projects. With 12-15 years of experience in a related field, the selected individual will bring a strategic mindset and contribute significantly to the expansion of our digital gold offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with Fin-Tech, Wealth-Tech, and other relevant partners to expand the reach of our digital gold products. Drive revenue growth through innovative cross-promotions and targeted campaigns, leveraging seamless API integrations.
- Revenue Generation: Contribute significantly to the Digital Gold Business Team's revenue targets by actively promoting and facilitating digital gold sales through partner platforms.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, productive relationships with partners, providing proactive support and effectively addressing their needs. Lead a dedicated support team to resolve queries related to logistics, customer escalations, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity.
- Payment Gateway Management: Assume full responsibility for the management and optimization of payment gateways, ensuring smooth daily operations, prompt issue resolution, and efficient implementation of enhancements.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the effective management of gold SKU inventory across both partner platforms and internal systems, maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Product Development & Strategy: Contribute to new ideas, platform development, competitive analysis, and enhancement roadmaps, including operational considerations.
- Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute new offers and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Report performance metrics to management.
- Product Management: Collaborate effectively with relevant teams to manage product feature enhancements and new product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, operations, or a related field within the financial services, fintech, or digital assets industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading operational teams.
- In-depth understanding of digital gold, payment systems, and related financial products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and developing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with API integrations, platform management, and related technical concepts.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive performance improvements.
- Experience in the gold industry or the broader digital assets space is highly desirable.
