Manager - Operations and Client Services - Financial Operations.
- A Global Investment Management Firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join its Operations and Client Services team.
- This role supports the firm's institutional asset management group, which develops and manages systematic equity and multi-asset class investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Oversee fund operations, investor transactions, and mandate changes.
- Act as the primary operational contact for investors, counterparties, and internal teams.
- Manage investor reporting, ensure accuracy, and streamline workflows.
- Lead process improvements, automation, and technology-driven reporting solutions.
- Collaborate across teams, including investing, corporate development, compliance, and software development.
- CA or Master's in Finance with 5-10 years' experience in fund operations/client services.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- At least 1 year of team management experience with a track record in process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of investor transactions, counterparty relationships, and hedge fund accounting.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
