Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee business operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational efficiency.

- Oversee daily business operations across departments (HR, Finance, Admin, IT, Customer Support, etc.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficient workflows.
- Ensure smooth execution of client projects, service delivery, and support functions.
- Identify gaps in operations and implement process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, operational dashboards, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Work with leadership to align operations with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Supervise and mentor operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services.
- Coordinate resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Support audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Identify risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Track operational expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Generate reports on performance metrics, resource utilization, and process efficiency.
- Communicate operational updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and cross-functional teams.
