Role - Manager - Merchant Enterprise Sales, Key Accounts & Partnerships
Location - Delhi NCR
Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales candidate, who will manage Sales, Partnerships and Key Account Management for Merchants and Commerce partners for the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution
2. Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities
3. Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts
4. Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets
5. Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships
6. Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners
7. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM:
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in relevant field having dealt with large customers in the
Enterprise Commerce space.
- Experience in Merchant Acquiring and managing partnerships a must.
- Experience with Affordability Solutions is a plus.
- Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to Enterprise Customers.
- Collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such as Pre Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc.
- Excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills and the ability to create a win-win partnership are critical.
- Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long team opportunity management.
- Have good communication skills and passion to over-achieve the targets.
