Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive marketplace P&L to achieve aggressive growth targets (current sales ~- 50 Cr annually).
- Manage inventory planning, allocation, and sell-through.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand business across marketplaces.
- Work closely with operations, manufacturing, and cataloguing teams (5-6 members) to ensure seamless execution.
- Leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years' experience in marketplace management within fashion/lifestyle.
- Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth.
