We're Hiring: General Manager - Marketing & Merchandising .

Location: Bangalore.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Marketing & Merchandising to lead our woven casual shirts business for global markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading international brands and drive strategic growth across marketing, merchandising, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead marketing & business development for 100% woven casual shirts in international markets.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships with top global fashion brands.

- Drive product development & merchandising processes - from trend research to delivery.

- Provide expertise in woven fabrics, trims, and wash techniques.

- Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing & merchandising team.

Who We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Business Management.

- 15+ years of proven experience in woven apparel marketing & merchandising.

- Strong international exposure, with hands-on experience working with leading global brands.

- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.

- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
