- Execute Regional Marketing Campaigns - Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns in India, following the international marketing calendar.
- Drive Local Initiatives - Plan and manage regional marketing activities like digital campaigns, local events, sales contests, and promotions to support quarterly marketing goals.
- Quarterly Marketing Plans - Work with the marketing leadership team to create and execute quarterly marketing plans, set goals (KPIs), and measure success.
- Localize Global Campaigns - Adapt international marketing programs for the Indian market and train the sales team - for effective implementation.
- Manage Event Calendar - Plan and execute marketing events in line with the global marketing calendar.
- Support Showroom Branding - Work with design, workplace strategists, and A&D teams to maintain a consistent brand experience in showrooms.
- Align with Regional Teams - Share best practices and learnings from international and Asia-Pacific teams to streamline marketing efforts.
- Use Marketing Tools & CRM - Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to improve targeted marketing efforts in India.
- Travel as Needed - Travel locally and internationally for assignments when required.
- Support Networking & Sales Events - Attend and assist with industry networking, training, and dealer events, even outside regular work hours.
- Assist with Global Marketing Tasks - Help with various international marketing projects as needed.
- Manage Marketing Materials - Oversee the production of promotional merchandise and marketing materials, ensuring they follow brand guidelines.
- Keep Marketing Materials Updated - Ensure all marketing materials in India are current and aligned with the brand.
- Maintain Brand Consistency - Work with agencies, vendors, and dealer partners to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Marketing Point of Contact - Act as the main person responsible for all marketing-related matters in India.
- Provide Market Insights - Share key market insights with the international/regional marketing teams.
- Support Internal Events - Help organize company events like kick-off meetings and board meetings as needed.
