Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Design and implement GTM strategies tailored to domestic defence & aerospace programs, aligned with offerings (PCBAs, system assemblies, ruggedized electronics).
- Collaborate with the BD and Product teams to drive customer-centric campaign execution across DRDO, DPSUs, Armed Forces, and private primes.
Market & Policy Research:
- Track defence procurement initiatives under Make in India, DAP, iDEX and offset policies.
- Map domestic players, projects, and vendor development programs relevant to ESDM service lines.
Collateral & Content Development:
- Prepare tailored presentations, capability brochures, datasheets, and case studies focused on Indian defence and aerospace customers.
- Support pre-sales and tender/RFP processes with strategic positioning materials and partner alignment inputs.
Events, Expos & Visibility Building:
- Plan and support participation in defence expos, roadshows, DRDO and DPSU vendor meets and strategic OEM forums.
- Create content for domestic marketing campaigns including emailers, internal newsletters and press notes as needed.
Performance Tracking & Sales Enablement:
- Monitor effectiveness of GTM activities-lead generation, conversion trends and account penetration.
- Maintain a repository of updated content, insights and case examples for Sales & BD teams.
