Job Title: Marketing and Communication.
Location: Bengaluru.
Department: Marketing.
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Director - Communications.
Job Summary:
- Craft compelling brand messaging and content for brochures, flyers, print ads, and corporate materials.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as:
- Events, exhibitions, roadshows, and press conferences.
- Outdoor advertising hoardings, banners, transit media, etc.
- Print media coordination newspapers, magazines, journals.
- Liaise with creative agencies, PR firms, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Handle internal communication strategies and design corporate presentations.
- Work in collaboration with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment on brand campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and report performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in marketing communications across media channels.
- Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and media planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Experience with event planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to digital marketing tools and analytics (basic understanding).
- Experience in corporate communications or brand management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

- Product launches involving press coverage, outdoor media, and social media teasers.
- Organizing corporate events, exhibitions, and internal brand initiatives.
